IN ORDER TO COMPLETE ALL FORMALITIES, THE OWNER OR A PERSON AUTHORIZED IN WRITING SHOULD PROVIDE: ID card, vehicle registration card and vehicle card (if issued) or other officially confirmed document containing vehicle data (certificate, duplicate, photocopy), purchase contract, or their continuity, if the vehicle is not registered by the new owner, the authorization (if there is a co-owner of the vehicle) a statement in the absence of registration plates, a statement in the absence of a vehicle card, a statement on the transfer of ownership in the case of a bank pledge, a decision on inheritance proceedings in the event of the owner has died, a certificate issued by the Department of Communications, in case the evidence is retained by the Police.
